Railyard Customs & Collisions heralds a special anniversary during its first Friday event on August 6th.
“As always, you can expect the best cars, trucks and motorcycles to be on display,” said Ryan Ripley, owner. “This first Friday is even more special than the previous events as Railyard is celebrating our fifth anniversary. We invite everyone to celebrate with us. “
First Friday at Railyard’s is a free event where the community can gather to talk about hot rods, bikes, and hangouts.
The first Friday of August in the Railyard event starts at 6:00 p.m. Live music from the Chad Cooke Band starts at 8:00 p.m. Classic cars, hot rods and motorcycles are on display, free hamburgers from the Home Grill Steakhouse, and free margaritas and jack & Cole slushies.
Vote for your favorite car, car or motorcycle for this month’s event. The People’s Choice winner will receive a US $ 100 cash prize sponsored by C&C Timber Mulching. Railyard will also select a winning car, truck, or bike to win $ 200 sponsored by Quick Drone Pro.

Railyard Customs & Collisions is located at 701 E. Newman St., Palestine. The event is free to the public. All ages are welcome. The Chad Cooke Band plays until 10 p.m.
