Despite the warm temperatures, car enthusiasts flocked to get some sweet driving at the 7th annual Quoin Bank Classic Car Show on Wednesday evening. There were free burgers and dogs, ice water, and a couple of adult drinks on ice.
The event benefited the Sioux Falls Chapter of Hands and Voices, a nonprofit, parent-run organization dedicated to helping families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Too Drunk to Fish had live music and went perfectly with the theme of the evening. Buffett covers always sound great on summer nights. Nice job Scott and Dave!
The Great Plains Street Rodders showed up with some vintage cars and trucks and were crowd-pleasers. The Great Plains Street Rodders are an active social group of men and women who enjoy all kinds of cars, cruising, eating, and having fun.
Enjoy some pictures from the event. We can’t wait for year 8 – and maybe a few cooler temperatures.
The last picture shows a clown from a 1999 JEEP. There’s a story here. A great story. I can’t share it yet, but stay tuned!
