KEWEENAW COUNTY, Mich. (WLUC) – Keweenaw Cruisers and the nonprofit Keweenaw Random Acts of Community Kindness are holding a fundraiser this weekend.
The nonprofit group raises money to support random community members who need help from time to time.
In Calumet there is a collective car cruise starting Saturday, which leads to Copper Harbor.
It ends in the harbor with live music, food and drinks.
“We have Rewind from the Houghton / Hancock area, they will be playing music from 2pm to 6pm,” said Kim Kaura, Kindness board member.
“We [all] Stay in line so if you were driving along Great Sand Bay you’d see classic cars for a mile or more, just a steady stream of them, ”said Keweenaw cruiser John Cima.
